Chinese Bar Sawada opened in November 2019 under owner-chef Shuhei Sawada from Nishitemma’s famous Chugokusai S.Sawada restaurant. The crispy chicken—a specialty of the main store—is available for as little as 4,280 yen (half of a chicken).
