Best rate

Why is your official website the cheapest place to reserve a room?
Because we guarantee the best rate on the official website.
The rate offered when I called to make a reservation was cheaper.
Only reservations on the website, and not phone reservations, are subject to the best rate.
The rate offered on a pamphlet created by a travel agency is cheaper.
The price of products offered by tour companies in pamphlets and on websites cannot be offered by the hotel.
When I made a reservation, the rate offered on the official website was the cheapest, but a reservation website I looked at a week later was cheaper.
The rate only applies to the rate at the time of reservation and within 24 hours of the reservation or up to the time of check-in if the reservation is made on the day of check-in.
I made a one-night reservation for X day, but another site is offering X day at a cheaper rate in a multiple-stay plan.
As the rate applies to a condition of a multiple-night stay, the best rate is not applicable unless it is for the same period of time (check-in date and check-out date).
X day and Y day are both weekdays, but Y day is cheaper.
The best rate does not apply unless they are the same day of the week.
An overseas hotel reservation website has a cheaper rate.
Overseas hotel reservation websites are not subject to the best rate.

Breakfast

How many tables are available?
60 tables are available. However, as a measure to prevent the spread of COVID-19, space has been made between tables, so the amount of available tables are about 30 for the foreseeable future.

Facilities near the hotel

Is there a convenience store nearby?
There is a Family Mart and a Lawson about 2 minutes on foot from the hotel.
There are numerous other facilities near the hotel, so please inquire at the front desk.

Services

Can I send my luggage by delivery service to the hotel in advance of my stay?
Yes, we will hold your luggage for you until you check-in. Make sure to write the full name of your reservation and check-in date on the delivery form. Please note that we cannot accept raw food, fragile goods, or valuables.

All luggage must be pre-paid when sent. We do not accept COD items. Please do not address luggage to a specific room number.
Can I send my luggage by delivery service from the hotel?
Yes, you can. Kuroneko Yamato Transport will handle your luggage. Please inquire at the front desk. Note that the hotel usually only sends luggage as COD, but in some cases you may be able to pay in advance.
Does the hotel have a laundry service?
Yes, it does. Bring your laundry with the cleaning form in your room by 10:00 a.m. to the front desk. Your laundry will be ready between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m. that evening.
Note that we do not offer the service on Sundays, public holidays, and during the New Year and Obon periods.
Does the hotel offer a massage service?
Yes, it does. Please call the front desk from your room.

Price list (tax inclusive): ・Body massage: 40 minutes for 4,500 yen and 60 minutes for 6,500 yen ・Aromatherapy massage: 60 minutes for 10,000 yen The hours of operation are from 6:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Payment is in cash only, payable to your masseuse.
Can you arrange a cab for me?
Yes, we can. Please inform the front desk of the number of cabs you need and their necessary time of arrival at the hotel.
Do you serve breakfast? What is on the menu?
Yes, we do. Breakfast is served from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (last order: 9:45 a.m.) at the 1st-floor guest lounge, and you can choose from two types of breakfast plates. (You do not need to reserve a plate.) A takeout option is also available (you need to reserve the takeout option by 10:00 p.m. on the previous night).

Price (tax included): Adults: 1,000 yen; children (primary school and older): 500 yen; takeout: 500 yen

・Osaka plate: Okonomiyaki, takoyaki, kushikatsu (deep fried skewers), onsen tamago-style soft boiled eggs, and meat soup

・Vitamin plate: Salad, fruit, yogurt, and soup You can also help yourself to free drinks, bread, rice, and Japanese pickles.

・Kid's plate: Two types of bread, soup, chicken nuggets, French fries, and scrambled eggs

Is a microwave oven available for use?
Yes, there is. There is one microwave oven on each guest room floor in the elevator hall.
What do I do with my valuables?
Every room is equipped with a safe. Please use it to store your valuables.
Note that you can also leave your valuables with the front desk.

Accommodation

What happens if I’m running late for check-in?
There’s no curfew, but please contact us if you are going to arrive at the hotel later than 2:00 a.m.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 3:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 p.m.
Can I check-in earlier?
Yes, you can check-in from 1:00 p.m. However, we charge 1,000 yen (tax included) per hour for an early check-in regardless of room type.
It is also worth noting that an early check-in may not be possible if your room has yet to be cleaned. Please contact us in advance if you want an early check-in.
Can I have a later check-out?
Yes, you can delay check-out until 1:00 p.m. However, we charge 1,000 yen (tax included) per hour after 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. for a late check-out regardless of room type.

Late check-out fees
After the 11:00 a.m. check-out time:
・After one hour: 1,000 yen (tax included)
・After two hours: 2,000 yen (tax included)
Can you hold on to my luggage before I check in and after I check out?
Yes, we can. Please inquire at the front desk.
Is there a curfew?
No. However, the automatic door at the entrance will be locked at 2:00 a.m. for security purposes. If you return to the hotel after that time, place your room key in front of the sensor near the automatic door. There is also an intercom near the door. If you use the intercom, a staff member will open the door for you.
Is there a cancellation waitlist?
No. We do not accept waitlists for cancellations.
Can I use a credit card?
Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX, Diners Club, and UnionPay cards.
Can I use a gift card?
No. We do not accept gift cards. We also do not accept traveler's checks issued by travel agencies.

Is there a phone charger in the room?
Yes, every room is equipped with a phone charger.

We offer a hard type and a soft type of pillow.
Is there a humidifier in the room?
Yes, every room is equipped with an air purifier with a humidifier feature. (For hygiene purposes, the water tank is empty when you check-in, so please fill it with water yourself.)
Can I use the internet in my room?
Yes, you can. Every room is equipped with free Wi-Fi. We can also lend you a LAN cable.
Can I watch broadcast satellite TV in my room?
Yes, every room is equipped with free broadcast satellite TV.
Can I watch pay-per-view satellite TV in my room?
No, we do not offer a pay-per-view TV service.
Is there a refrigerator in the room?
Yes, there is. Every room is equipped with a refrigerator. However, please note that it does not have a freezer. The refrigerator is turned on before you check in.
Is there a floor for women only?
No. We do not have a floor for women only.

Public bath

What kind of amenities do you provide with the common bath?
We provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap, cleansing (for ladies), hair tonic (for men), hair liquid (for men), face wash, face lotion, hydrating emulsion, cotton balls, cotton swabs, hair brush, shower cap, razor, and a hair dryer.
Please take the towels that are provided in your room.
Can people not staying at the hotel use the common bath?
No. The common bath is only available to guests of the hotel.

Hotel facilities

Is there a drink vending machine in the hotel?
Yes, there is. There are two vending machines on the 2nd floor and in front of the common bath. (One contains soft drinks and alcoholic drinks. The other contains milk in bottles and coffee milk and other drinks in cardboard containers.)
Does the hotel have a self-service laundry?
Yes, it does. There are washing machines on the 2nd floor and inside the common bath area.

■Washing to drying: 120 minutes for 500 yen or 80 minutes for 400 yen (for small loads)
■Washing only: 35 minutes for 300 yen
■Drying only: 30 minutes for 100 yen
Can I use Wi-Fi?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
Is there public bath in the hotel?
Yes, there is public common bath on the 2nd floor.

■Operating hours: 4:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
■Location: 2nd floor
Note: You will find a bath towel, face towel, and body towel in your room. For the foreseeable future, the sauna will be closed so as to curtail the spread of COVID-19.
Do you have a party space?
No. We do not offer a party space. We serve alcoholic drinks at the 1st-floor guest lounge. We also serve food items that are considered Osaka specialties.

Beef tendon and konjac omelet 500 yen, assorted kushikatsu (deep-fried skewers) 550 yen
Medium-sized Premium Malts beer 500 yen, Minoh Beer 330 ml 720 yen, etc.

Bar time at the guest lounge is from 5:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (last order: 10:30 p.m.).

Access

Is there a car park at the hotel?
Yes, there is. Guests staying at the hotel can use the car park located on the hotel premises at a special price. Please pay the parking ticket at the front desk.

Hours of operation: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (There is no parking attendant present outside of those hours, so please see the front desk staff.)

Special price for hotel guests: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. the next day, 2,000 yen (Use outside the above times will be charged the normal price.) (The normal price will be incurred every time you go in and out.) (If you stay multiple nights, the price you will be charged is 2000 yen × the no. of nights, but if you take the car in and out, you will be charged the normal price.)

Normal price: 300 yen/20 minutes regardless of time of day (no maximum charge.)

Can I make a reservation for the car park?
No. We do not accept reservations for the car park.
What should I do if the car park is full?
There is another car park nearby. Contact the front desk, and they will show you where it is.
