There are no enrollment or annual fees.
What are the member benefits?
The following benefits are available:
- Members-only rates when booking through the official website.
- Earn V Points on your room charges (when booking through the official website or by phone).
- Earn V Points when dining at the restaurant.
- Use V Points toward your payments.
- Receive a birthday coupon (delivered on the 1st of your birthday month).
Is there a membership card or certificate?
There is no physical membership card.
To use the restaurant discount benefit, please present your My Account screen.
Can I become a member without an email address?
We are sorry, but registering an email address is required.
Is there a time limit on membership?
There is no time limit.
I forgot to present my V Point (card, app, etc.) at checkout. Can the points be added later?
We are sorry, but points cannot be added at a later date.
I forgot my login password.
Please reset your password from "Forgot your password?" on the login screen.
My account has been locked. What should I do?
If an incorrect password is entered six times at login, the account is temporarily locked.
The lock is released after one hour. Once unlocked, please reset your password from "Forgot your password?" on the login screen.
I would like to stop receiving promotional emails.
After logging in, please go to My Account > Edit Personal Information and uncheck "Receive promotional emails from the property."
Please note that if you unsubscribe from promotional emails, some benefits, including the birthday coupon, will no longer be available.
I would like to change my email address.
You can change it from "Change Email Address" in My Account.
I haven't received my birthday coupon.
Birthday coupons are sent to eligible members at 10:00 on the 1st of each month.
If you registered as a member during your birthday month after the 1st, the coupon will not be delivered. If you have a stay reservation during your birthday month, please contact the secretariat.
Where can I use the restaurant discount benefit?
The benefit is valid at the restaurant of HOTEL ELCIENT KYOTO HACHIJOGUCHI during dinner and bar hours. At checkout, please present a screen confirming your membership (member email or login screen).
I made a reservation through a restaurant booking site. Is the restaurant discount applicable?
Reservations made through restaurant booking sites and similar third parties are not eligible.
I forgot to present my member login screen at the restaurant. Can the discount be applied later?
We are sorry, but the discount cannot be applied at a later date.
I would like to change my registered information.
You can update it from My Account (member page).
Can I change my registered information by phone?
We are sorry, but changes to registered information are not accepted by phone. Please update them from My Account (member page).
How is my registered information used?
Your registered information is used to verify guest details when making reservations and similar inquiries.
Members who have consented to receive promotional emails will also receive special offers and information at the registered email address.

How do I cancel my membership?
If you wish to cancel your membership, please use the "Withdraw" button at the bottom of My Account (member page). Please note that upon withdrawal, all member benefits will become invalid, and members-only stay plans and similar communications will no longer be sent. Reservation information will also no longer be available for viewing.
