Important Notes

  • Use for purposes other than as booked
  • Removing fixtures or equipment from the conference rooms
  • Meetings or gatherings deemed inappropriate given our public position as a hotel

  • We cannot serve alcoholic beverages to guests who plan to drive.
  • Damage caused intentionally or by negligence may incur reimbursement at cost.
  • Please use coin parking or nearby car parks.

How far in advance can I book?
Conference and banquet bookings are accepted up to 6 months in advance, or up to 12 months in advance when including a hotel stay.
May I view the venue beforehand?
Yes.
As certain venues may be unavailable depending on bookings, please contact us in advance with your preferred date and time.
Can I get a quotation?
Yes — quotations are free of charge. Please ask our staff.
Can I pay by credit card?
VISA, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX (American Express), Diners and UnionPay are accepted.
Is smoking permitted?
All venues (Conference Rooms A and B, restaurant) are non-smoking. Please use the smoking area on the 1st floor of the West Wing.
