- Only stays booked via our official website or by phone are eligible. Travel agents and booking sites are not eligible.
- Please present your card/app at check-in (before payment). Retroactive crediting is not possible.
- Points are awarded on tax-inclusive charges for the member’s own stays and restaurant use.
- In-house services such as phone calls, VOD, massage and delivery are not eligible.
- Restaurant take-out is not eligible.
- V-Point crediting is limited to those who are both EL Members Club members and V-Point members.
